What amenities does the SUNSET VILLA offer?

The SUNSET VILLA is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a kitchen with modern appliances and an open-plan living area, a Smart TV, a private sauna, two terraces, the main of which offers a cozy outdoor dining area, and a private plunge pool. The communal pool can also be used free of charge.
How far is the villa from the nearest beach?

The nearest natural beach is a 3-5 minute walk along the main road. The nearest beach with amenities is in the center of Gialova, a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from Zoe Resort.
Is there parking available at the property?

Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking for guests.
When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Is the villa family-friendly?

Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
Where is the SUNSET VILLA located?

In this region of the southern Peloponnese, we rarely find addresses with streets and house numbers. For Gialova and our SUNSET VILLA, it's best to use the coordinates of your navigation system or Google Maps. The villa is one of the six Gialova Hills 6 (GH6) villas, located on a hillside overlooking Navarino Bay.
How do you get up to the SUNSET VILLA?

The spectacular views and magnificent sunsets are worth every step. The Sunset Villa is located on the top of three levels on the right side of the GH6 complex. There are 99 steps to climb, unfortunately, there is no other way. The entrance to the villa is on the top floor. Inside, a staircase leads to the middle and lower floors.

"Fabulous views of Navarino Bay." We stayed here as three adults and three children in one of the two best villas, up 99 steps, which meant we had some of the most beautiful views over the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the quality of the furnishings is excellent. The apartments can accommodate eight people. The downstairs suite has a double bed and a sofa bed. Adults stay in the upstairs rooms, and children stay in the pool room, so named because the window is actually a wall of the plunge pool, which the kids loved. We didn't use the sauna, but the availability of a dishwasher and washing machine was really helpful. These are great villas with a small plunge pool and a larger communal pool at the bottom of the hill. Occasionally, the bathrooms smelled quite strongly, but I think this is more of a local issue than a villa-specific problem. The other thing that was challenging with teenagers was the lack of privacy in the bathrooms. The bathrooms and sauna had glass doors so if you were on the toilet and someone went into the bedroom the six could see you on the toilet/shower etc., really quite odd but easily solved with a slight manifestation The stairs were really only a problem with luggage as there is no other way to transport your luggage at the villas. The villas are very close to Gialova, probably a 15 minute walk. Currently the road is unlit and very gravel as it is surrounded by building sites but presumably this will be paved in due course. It is also worth noting that there is no pavement along the road to Gialova and it is quite a busy road. Sophie and Zo were both very attentive and helpful, we are already planning our next trip.

"Dreamlike stay" The stay in House 6 of Gialova Hills 6 was uniquely beautiful and will remain unforgettable. The houses are architecturally beautifully built into the hill, allowing for an incomparable view of the bay. We were able to enjoy many magnificent sunsets. The houses are very tastefully, comfortably, and functionally furnished. Since we were able to spend a month in this beautiful setting, we were grateful for the extensive amenities (kitchen, washing machine). The terrace with its own small pool is fantastic – and we enjoyed several wonderful hours with the unique view. The entire complex is very well maintained and well looked after. The plants are also very stylish and beautiful to look at – making the climb up the 99 steps easier. The on-site support was sensational – we thank Zoi very much for always responding promptly and for handling our concerns. We highly recommend Gialova Hills 6. We found the relaxation that was our top priority. The surrounding area offers everything we could have wished for: great golf courses, mountain bike tours through olive groves and to waterfalls, pretty towns and villages with sights to see.

"The view from the balconies was so breathtaking, especially at sunset." Luxurious house with unbeatable views. I spent eight nights here with my family and can't wait to go back. (...) The house and grounds are luxurious; the furniture and decor are modern and of high quality. (...) I've had the opportunity to visit friends and family at nearby 5-star hotels and resorts, all of which were fantastic, but I would still prefer to stay at Gialova Hills 6 for the privacy, the views, and the overall luxurious atmosphere. All guests in the house had their own full bathroom, and each room had large, comfortable beds. The children chose the lower-level room with a pool window and loved it. I really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return. Sophie and Zoi, who manage the property, were very attentive and helpful before and during our stay. The area is of course fantastic, there are plenty of beaches to explore and the promenade was really fun, full of fantastic restaurants and bars, but it's really the house that attracted me and makes me want to go back there, sit on the balcony and watch the sunset.

"Highly recommended" Great location, modern, clean, and very well-designed accommodation, and breathtaking views. We stayed in one of the two best villas, which was a bit of a chore (99 steps), but was definitely worth it for the privacy and, most importantly, the view. I would definitely choose the top villa again despite the steps, but the lower two levels have the advantage of fewer steps and being closer to the lower, larger communal pool. The communal pool was clean and well-maintained, there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and when we were there, it was generally very quiet. I can't fault the amenities, design, or layout of the accommodation. Everything is as shown in the photos. It's just a short walk to the beach and the center of Gialova, where there are many bars, shops, and restaurants. For me, it's the perfect combination of a busy yet relaxed holiday destination. You have the option of reaching Gialova along the beach or along the main road. The beach was our preferred option, and it was a very pleasant and safe way home, even at night after dinner. If you're looking for a change of scenery, it's also a short drive or taxi ride to Pylos or Costa Navarino. We didn't need a car during our entire week there, as everything was within walking distance (except for one trip to Pylos), but if you're looking to explore further afield, there's plenty to do and see in the area. It should be noted that a short section of the walk from the property to the main road, which you cross to get to the beach and Gialova itself, is on a slightly rocky, unpaved road, so it might be difficult with a stroller or for those who have difficulty walking on uneven surfaces. However, I expect the route to be paved in the future. It wasn't a problem for us at all; just a point to keep in mind. It wouldn't be a problem by car either, as there are good connections to the properties from the parking lot. I contacted Zoi for booking, check-in, and check-out and found her very efficient and helpful, which helped make our stay as stress-free and relaxing as possible. Thank you, Zoi, we'll be back :-)
