Payment & Cancellation policy
The current payment method for booking is bank transfer.
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. We request a 30% deposit to secure your desired dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we ask that the remaining balance be paid within 5 days of booking confirmation.
Prices are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.
A damage deposit of €500 is required and will be refunded after check-out if there is no damage/loss.
The final cleaning fee of €180 is to be paid in cash on site.
The climate resilience levy, also known as the environmental levy, is not included and must be paid in cash on site. This levy amounts to €15 per night/accommodation for this accommodation category from March to October and €4 per night/accommodation from November to February.
Breakfast not included.
Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After this deadline, no refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
In case of external events such as terrorist attacks, flight cancellations, pandemics, etc., bookings may be postponed depending on availability.
Last-minute bookings/cancellation conditions:
For last-minute bookings, 100% of the total amount must be transferred.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
In case of later cancellation or changes, as well as in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations are only possible by direct contact.
